Your responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate, and current information about health history, medications, symptoms, and contact details.
- Ask questions when instructions or recommendations are unclear and participate in the agreed care plan.
- Attend appointments from a private, safe location in the state where care is authorized, or provide timely notice when you need to cancel.
- Treat staff and other patients respectfully and follow safety, payment, technology, and communication policies.
- Seek emergency services when immediate help is needed rather than relying on routine messages or website forms.
